It is possible that after deletion of your data, our services and products will no longer be fully available.

Cookies are text files and have no neagativ impact on your computer. Upon visiting our website cookies are stored locally in the browser of the user. They are used by the provider to make the presentation of his services on the site more user friendly and more functional. They also enable the integration of security relevant functions for a better protection of the private sphere. On our website cookies are used exclusively to optimize the presentation of the services and to allow for an efficient use of the web pages. It is possible that after desactivation of the cookies some of the functions of the website will no longer be accessible.

 

This website uses for statistical purposes the service of Google-Analytics, a tool of Google Inc. (« Google USA ») for analyzing the numbers of users and visitors of the webseite. It also enables the provision of other services to the owner of the website. The captured data are stored on a server of Google in the US. Your IP address is anonymized in a way that allows only for the localization of the browser.

By using our contact form you agree that  the information supplied are used by us to treat your request. The information will not be forwarded to third parties without your explicit consent. You may withdraw from your consent at any time.

The contact form is protected by Google reCaptcha v3 to prevent illegitimate use by robots. It is technically inevitable to transmit a certain amount of person related information to Google to inditify you as a person. Google has committed itself to an adequate data protection policy. For this reason every form contains an information („protected by reCaptcha“) refering to the data protection policy of Google. Personal data will only be transmitted to third parties if required for the appropriate execution of a given mandate, e.g. to the financial institution handling the payment.

In addition we use on our own infrastructure the tracking tool Matomo (previously PiWiK) to analyze the number of visits. These analyses support us in the handling and improvement of our services. Data are stored after anonymization to exclude any identification of the visitor. The data are deleted automatically after 180 days.
